Gloucester Township Day

‚ÄčScholarship Committee

Every year, the Gloucester Township Day Scholarship Committee will award forty-five (45) scholarships in the amount of $1,000.00 each to be applied toward expenses at an accredited college or university.  All seniors attending any public or private high school, who are residents of Gloucester Township and meet the criteria listed on the application, are eligible to apply. To be eligible, a student must meet the following criteria:


  • Be a senior in high school and reside presently, and for at least the last three years, in Gloucester Township.
  • Be accepted at an accredited college or university.
  • Earn a score of at least 800 on the combined Math and the Evidenced-Based Reading/Writing portions of the SAT or Earn a Composite Score of at least 17 on the ACT.Rank in the top 50% of his/her graduating class or achieve a Grade Point Average of at least 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale).
  • Rank in the top 50% of his/her graduating class or achieve a Grade Point Average of at least 2.5 (on a 4.0 scale).


Scholarships will be awarded by lottery from the pool of applicants who meet these criteria. Applications are available through your high school guidance department, or you may download a copy below.  The completed application must be submitted to your guidance counselor for verification by February 15, 2019.
