Every effort will be made to accommodate all applications received by the deadline, May 14, 2020.

D. Confirmation of payment and approved application will be sent to the email address you provide. SETUP TIME will also be included in this email.
E. All vendors may bring a vehicle onto the field to unload their goods and set up. Vehicle permits are not required for this. All vehicles must be off the field one hour prior to the start (11:00 AM).
F. Generators are permitted and vendors are typically grouped together in the same area if you are using one.
